In the nick of time! FINALLY got Curse in Rift; moved him over to the regular park hoping to get an untraited version in co op. Or maybe even a twin! But seriously glad to get even the traited one after 5 days of solid tries and LOTS of etherium used up. Since I won’t have to buy Curse, I’ve splurged and upgraded 5 Paradise habitats. I love that the footprint doesn’t change with the upgrade! I hope they do that with Sun and Moon habitats soon. Deca could make Sun and Moon taller with an upgrade so they still fit in the same space.
Another important announcement. Curse is packing up his pedestal and chestful of curses and will be gone at the next reset. I hope his chest is big enough to hold all the curses and he doesn't take any koalas with him.

PRO TIP: When using KANN’s breeding combo (SUN + HANNO) be sure to switch the Twilight Tower to a daytime theme, so you don’t receive Moon fails! (h/t MinyaZ). The Help Desk has a list of the Twilight Tower daytime and nighttime themes.
Got lucky with Kann and was able to breed a traited version in the Rift in the sixth attempt. Koala KANN to all!

CRAWLER is an avatar of the ocean. He glides through the deepest of waters in a quiet whisper to the West. There is no sunlight here. Crawler cannot hear the bellows of Kann a mile above. He lingers across the bottom of the ocean spreading a curious pollen that brings life to the watery floor. Some wizards say life with no light is a miracle. Perhaps it’s a Crawler.

oOOOooo….I must have a koala somewhere in my park. I just bred both Kann and Crawler in the rift. I used the Breeding Hint (Sun x Hanno) for Kann. For Crawler I paired Manomano with Abyss.

adlerist I really like the stories you have Kann and Crawler. It fits them really well, much better than the descriptions in the game. For Kann and Crawler, in the game it says nobody knows what they’re protecting (Kann) and nobody knows what they’re doing (Crawler). 🙁 I like how you explain that Kann is protecting the Sun, and Crawler is giving life to the ocean floor for all the bottom feeders. It’s not just a big “we don’t know” question mark. You gave them meaning. That’s very kind and generous. 😊

That is very nice of you! It is challenging making up backstories for unreleased dragons, because I don’t know what they look like. Often times I have two different versions. It’s all about painting a broad picture… and crossing your fingers.

I never thought of that but yea it would be really hard to make up stories for something that you’ve never seen. I guess that proves you’re pretty darn good at it because it always seems to fit the dragon like it was meant to be! I thought maybe you made up the story when the dragon is released but I can see how that’s not possible. Very impressive! I think I’m going to try it out for fun and see if I’m any good at it. Everyone has been waiting for Kann the sea serpent to arrive. Baby Kann looks a little like baby Jumpiplop - they may be related. 😊
I bred a Kann in only a few tries. It currently resides in a Paradise habitat with an Exandrew dragon, among others. Exandrew looks really good wrapped up in Kann’s coils.
