All dragons are the best dragons, but some are required for breeding combos (locked breeding combos). Here’s a list of currently available limited dragons that are in locked combos. You may want to prioritise breeding or purchasing them from the event market.

Items with Best Doubloons to DC Exchange
When the event concludes, any left over event currency will be converted at the rate of 1 Doubloon to 1,000 DragonCash. However, if you purchase the following items and sell them for DC, you can receive a much greater return.
The items with the best return for doubloons are :
Large Treasure Habitat (750 doubloons) - 1:116666 (1 Doubloon = 116,666 DC) Giant Treasure Habitat (1500 doubloons) - 1:66667 DC Djinni pedestal (845 doubloons) - 1:11834 DC
If you want to receive the most DC for your event currency, buy and sell as many of the following as you can:

Valeodon looks nice too. Although I'm thinking my little Paradise habitat that I pulled out of storage might not be big enough for it. It looks like it'll be a whopper once its fully grown. Might have to build another giant water habitat.

PSA: There’s been some changes and reductions in the game
• Tolzar’s Optical Oracle ads now payout 40 event currency (reduced from 50 EC) • Colosseum pays our 20 EC if you win gold (reduced from 25) • Mini games payout less (Name That Egg awards 16 EC, instead of 20) • The amount of EC you can purchase in the Market is slightly less • The mini colosseum on the event island likely has a reduced payout as well
(The above amounts are all based on regular days, not Double Days)
Other changes
• Celestial and Meridiem Habitat caps have been raised to 5 (thank you CalliAlli for the request) • Melody Habitat cap has been raise to 6 (thank you CalliAlli) • Paradise Habitat now has a cap of 9 (if you have more than 9 and some are in storage, you can remove them without the game crashing — thanks to Calli for testing this) • Surface Habitats are now capped at 9

The Inconspicuous Barrel is the Ikatako Barrel. The inspiring Submerged Dragon just keeps on giving! Worms now has two dragons and a decoration on his DV résumé. Hey Deca, you need to hire Worms!
In honour of Worms’s fantastic achievements, baby Ikatako is the icon for this event thread (if you see baby Fire, you need to login; if you see a folder icon, you need to view the Forum in desktop, tap 'Desktop' in the lower right corner of the screen).
I already know I’m going to spend all my Doubloons on these decos. Ikatako is squishy-adorable as he stretches, then scrunches up and wags his tail before jumping. And the Mimic is simply sensational. Deca has outdone themselves with the spectacular-ness of these decos. Imagine having a hundred baby Ikatakos jumping around. Ikatako Island, here we come!

Thanks for putting up Spinky, Amos. I was also able to breed it with Ghostly Fire first go. It bodes well. I hope the koalas stick around for the whole event.

It has the makings of a wonderful and fun event! Some great designs for both new dragons and decos!!! I love how much the chests stand out when searching for them!
Breeding Target: Ovalith. It's ALWAYS Ovalith! Hoarded gems as a safety net to ensure an Ovalith during BEB, but I'm not sure if I want to spend them: I think I want the thrill of breeding it! Gems wasted on speeding up Ovalith breeding/incubation: 2890
