This is exactly me playing Eggy Hatchy. It’s so stressful when you’re merging the last egg hoping and hoping and hoping it doesn’t the change the egg’s element. And of course it does lol! 😂

I dropped a Poison dragon on someone in the community this morning. Again, nothing personal and sorry it wasn’t gift-wrapped. Will trade antidote for an untraited Rotblossom dragon.
I finished this week’s Eggy tower but getting it done was a big waste of time. Going forward, will we get any notification that there will be another decoration offered (think Popcorn Stand) for completing the last Eggy tower of the event? Thanks.
Players receive 950 Candy for completing this week’s Spiral of Reflection tower; therefore, it isn’t a waste of time. However, if you don’t need the Candy, then I’d suggest not participating in Eggy, because it doesn’t appear there will be a prize for the towers during this event.
So far, it’s doubtful that Deca will have a new decoration as an exclusive reward for Eggy. Players on the Forum and in every DV community were very upset when they were unable to finish the tower and missed the Popcorn Stand.
Thanks. I think it was Einstein who defined insanity as doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result. This describes Eggy exactly, except you might get “lucky” and eventually get to a different result. Edit: Specifically, I am complaining about level 1 of this week's Eggy tower which called for four level 3 fire eggs plus points. The four eggs were never a problem, but the points were terrible. I burned through more than 20 tickets just waiting for the points to show up. Where is the fun in that?
And hooray for a little more rift income for a day. I am celebrating by clearing off an additional patch of miasmic ether and moving my breeding cave further out into the weeds. I collect Etherium four or more times a day and usually breed up to the 5,000 Etherium level. This is barely a break even proposition for my total Etherium stash. And the Etherium for sale in the market is vastly overpriced. Am I missing something here?
You can breed through 2.5k with a decent rift and 2 logins. 5k, too, If you're not saving. That just leaves 10k slots, and the cost average per attempt has to be lower using gems, right?
So the e "deals" are only for people building their rift...?

Yes, that is Einstein’s quote! Although, Eggy does have a different result each time you play, since it’s a different board and RNG is involved. So it’s not the definition of insanity.
As I said earlier, I’d suggest skipping Eggy Hatchy, since you don’t need the Candy and there’s no prize for completing the towers, and most especially if it’s not fun. I agree, it can be really frustrating.
Etherium has always been overpriced. I believe we already discussed this recently. Backflip priced it this way so players would play frequently and collect Etherium, instead of buying it.

So a few positives and negatives are going on for me so far this event Got a few of the newbies + ocular and cerberus, however I have not been successful with techno yet
You know that feeling when you are playing Egg hatchy and it's going well in a 4x3 level, just for the game to crash? I wish we'd at least get our Ticket back. I don't have any time to play tomorrow

I'm so pleased that Rotblossom is going to be around for another couple of days. I still haven't bred a traited version of the little rotter. 😊
Whitbee realised he needed to leave the Upside Down, but he was lost and backwards. To the left, there was a trail that appeared worn and used. He followed it and in a short while it led to a small, dilapidated shack. Before knocking on the door, he peered through an open window and saw AMALGAMATE putting itself together. Attaching bones, melding muscle, and burnishing skin, Amalgamate was merging into itself. Whitbee decided it was probably best to not enter the shack, and in the low light of the late evening, he silently sped down the trail.
Amalgamate is taking the best parts of life (and himself) and enjoying Halloween in the co-op. Koala spoiler to all!

BREEDING TIPS: Bone already contributes earth and fire, so you only need to add the dark element to breed with Bone. If you’re breeding in the Rift, try using Char for the dark element and to maximise the amount of Candy you can earn.
CLONING TIP: Since Amalgamate contributes the dark element, using Bone (Amalgamate + Bone) fulfils the breeding and cloning requirements, so you’ll receive both percentages!

I am 100% sure Amalgamate is just the creepy version of Ponkipong in the alternate dimension of the Upside Down.
