Alderist, they better give us some Ec (read a lot of ec) to make up for this blunder. Aside from that someone stole all the koalas because for the full 9 days, I was unable to get the glassia dragon rifted.
Update; we’ll they put the event back in but I only got back 1725 ec I’m my main park and 1850 in second. I had over 20k and 24k respectively before the event ended

It was only once the event was over and the in-game time of day changed that I was able to realise that the Heart Haven decoration lights up at night! So cool!
I happened to be in DV at reset 😩, (forgot I lost an hour), and the roses converted and went to my gifts. I did NOT collect it but now they are gone from my gifts, but I show 0 roses. Hoping this is normal and my roses will reappear.
Are you saying your Roses were converted into DC, you did not claim the DC, and now the DC is no longer in your Gifts and your Roses have not been restored? If so, please open a help ticket with Deca as soon as possible so they can reinstate your Roses.
Any news on whether the Mesmerus decos will still be available? Yes, I didn’t buy them yet thinking they were going to be available until the end. Error in planning on my part.

Is Mesmerus the only dragon to be evolved using EC? Don't want to miss an opportunity.
It is the only evolve dragon in this event. You have to have a Mesmer dragon, all 10 decorations from the chest, and 1k EC to evolve. Not sure, but you can probably evolve Mesmer to Mesmerus using gems after the event ends. Not positive. That or DC. As long as you already have the 10 decorations needed.

In my experience the bug has occurred around the time the clocks change, I guess since the game's daily reset is messed up.
I got my roses returned fairly quickly, so hopefully yours will be returned soon. You may wish to reach out to DECA's support unless you're 100% sure you definitely haven't collected the gift since there's less than 24 hours left until the event market disappears.

But unfortunately, it now costs 100 gems to evolve Mesmer into Mesmerus. 🙁 The evolve deco chest being in the Limited tier with no timer was really misleading. It was difficult to tell if it’d stay until Wednesday or how long players could evolve and sell the decorations for event currency.

The automated process for restoring Roses is now complete. Players who had their Roses converted to DragonCash at yesterday’s reset should have their Roses returned. If you did not receive them, please open a support ticket as soon as possible.
For players who collected the converted DC and contacted support, Deca is in the process of responding and restoring the Roses. You should have received an automated confirmation email verifying your message was received. If you were not given a confirmation, please resend the message as soon as possible. You can contact Deca from your game or on their support site. If you have not heard back, they have likely not reached your ticket yet.

Thank you Adlerist! I just went on and checked and all my roses were restored! I was one of the ones who actually clicked the button for the coins too before I knew what was happening. Thank you DECA for making it right!

I had too much EC than I knew what to do with by the end of the event - at least 260k over all 6 parks. This is my 109 Rosebud pedestals from the park that had the most EC left over after I'd spent it all on decorations.

That’s too bad. A lot of players in other DV communities were hoping the chest would return. It seems a little unfair but I understand it they didn’t have time with the next event starting in two days. 😧
