Ah, I see I’m not the only one that lost all their roses. I thought DragonVale just hated me specifically. I’m certain I haven’t collected any gifts so hopefully my roses are returned soon. I’m still somewhat new to the game so I may not understand everything here but from what I’ve gathered a bunch of people lost their roses & DECA is working on returning them, right? Does this type of bug happen often?
In my experience the bug has occurred around the time the clocks change, I guess since the game's daily reset is messed up.
I got my roses returned fairly quickly, so hopefully yours will be returned soon. You may wish to reach out to DECA's support unless you're 100% sure you definitely haven't collected the gift since there's less than 24 hours left until the event market disappears.
I actually emailed them on Tuesday which is two days ago for me & I’ve yet to have any reply. Looks like the event market is gone so I guess I probably won’t get them back. I always check my DragonVale during the day & the entire time I am certain my roses did not return. Did anyone get their roses back? woe is me
Alas I slept through the end of the Halloween event so I’m missing a few there - only eight to go though!
You can always try to clone some dragons to get those missing pedestals-thats exactly what I am doing with Zumi right now.
Though seeing this event, maybe I should change to a different Ornamental dragon as it appears that Zumi makes a surprise return tomorrow.
I’m definitely trying to clone for them though it depends what my friends have put up. With the constant stream of events it feels like a lot to ask for a dragon blue hearted for any extended time

I’m so sad to hear this. I got mine back the next morning after sending in the contact form. Did you email them or use the form on their webpage?
