Hi Soikow! Please open a support ticket so they have a record. Adlerist will also give your info to Deca so the dev team can see why certain parks are affected. It’ll help them find the origin of the bug so they can release a fix. Thank you!

Thank you 🙏 I have done that. Will I be able to get my egg history back? I had koala with breeding traited zodiac dragons 😩. So painful to start again. Should I collect on the “gifts” from Deca or leave them alone?
The ads came back after a couple of reloads. When I tap on Tolzar the only things that are visible are the offerwall and help buttons. Eventually those buttons tumble down, then up, and the ad or vision button becomes visible. This is new behavior. I used to see offerwall, visions, and help buttons immediately.
All is well. I finally got the latest DV update in the Apple App Store. I seem to get DV updates later than many players. On iOS is there a way to force an update I know is available to appear in the App Store?
The update is available, it’s not showing and automatically updating because Apple staggers the updates. The instructions on how to force updates to show is in the help desk under bugs and device help. This topic comes up every time there’s a DV update so members might want to bookmark the instructions. Players can also go to the App Store and open the DV page and update from there but they won’t be forcing all their app updates to appear.

Don’t collect the RBC dragons that were sent to your gifts. You may be able to keep them, but it makes it a lot less confusing if they’re in your gifts when DECA fixes the bug. We don’t know if DECA will restore the egg history. They have in the past but that was a slightly different bug. Sorry you lost the zodiac dragons! Hopefully they can recover it. 🤞

Not so fast. Today, I only have the offerwall again. No ads, even after three reloads. I will upload a pic later today. And my game crashed three times the first time I loaded it. You never know what the wizards will come up with next.

Sigh. It happened. I just noticed that there are two dragons in my box from the runic breeding caves— a rift tree and molten that I certainly don’t need. I’m not one to pay money into dragonvale, so I’m not sure how or when exactly this happened. I wasn't getting wonderful breedings and normally don’t collect until the end, so wasn't really paying too much attention— was just happy that my caves were up and running. I didn’t lose my egg history, so that’s good I suppose. Going to open a ticket now.

It’s interesting that your Egg History was retained. Usually, when the bug affects a park the event basically ends: event island disappears, no RBCs, no Egg History, and the RBC eggs are auto-selected. Is the Claim button still active at the RBCs? If so, you may not have the bug or a very watered-down version of it.

There are two Fated Founts in the Market. One is on sale, and the other is not on sale but is cheaper. Do not purchase the cheaper Fated Fount (on the right). This appears to be an event island deco and should not be in the Market.
If you purchase the 5,000 DC Fated Fount and place it in your park, you will not be able to move it. It cannot be selected for the Move button.
Deca is aware of the issue. They will likely remove the incorrect Fated Fount soon. If you purchased the less expensive decoration, you may want to open a support ticket and ask to have it removed. In the meantime, if we hear anything else, we will let you know.

I have noticed that there is one decoration which has not returned for Decorator's Week: House of Applause.
I don't have the House of Applause in the park yet so it's quite annoying that I am unable to purchase it.
Is this a mistake, or is the decoration not going to be available this week?
