Scavenger Hunt is my fave game on the forum. Even tho I never do very well compared to everyone else lol.
I also enjoy the Scavenger Hunt. However, sometimes it can get tedious after a while... especially if you're the only member currently online.
Also, the dragonsai trees blend in well with the banner at the top of the page, making me have to look extra hard for it.

That’s the challenge! The tree blending in makes it harder to find, even tho it’s really big. It doesn’t really matter if you’re the only on online. I do check the leaderboard out of curiosity, but for me, I’m playing against myself to see how many dragons I can find, or if I can get 7 before I log off, or have a total of 25 before I log off, goals like that.
PSA: Update on the Event Ending / Runic Breeding Caves bug
Deca has deployed a fix and is monitoring the progress. This should address the event disappearing / RBC closing bug. There is no guarantee the issue has been completely resolved, so if you experience the bug after this message was posted, please let us know.
Deca has not restored the RBC’s Egg History yet. They are working on the Egg History, reactivating caves that were prematurely closed, and claims. When we receive more information on the progress, we will let players know. Thank you!

Fated Fount update: Deca implemented a fix for players who purchased the non-deco Fated Fount. They converted it into a regular decoration. This means there are two Fated Founts in the game. They are different assets with different IDs. The non-deco (event island) Fount will not count towards the Fount total and does not register in the Dragonarium. But since it is now a decoration, it can be moved and sold. It cannot be stored in the Storage Tower. So if you don’t want to display it, please sell it. And if you only purchased the non-deco Fated Fount, you will want to obtain the deco Fated Fount (the only one in the Market) so it shows as owned in the Dragonarium.

Lumi had called upon her sisters Blumi and Glumi to help with the wondrous Snowy Winter Ball. The air was bubbling with expectation and glee. But inside The Crystal Castle ballroom, Lumi was nervously explaining to her sisters that it was too warm in the ballroom and the winter dragons would unhappily melt. 'I have the perfect solution,' exclaimed Blumi. 'My friend TOBOGGAN travels from place to place purely by sliding around. He can help us freeze the floor, and it will cool the room from bottom to top'. Lumi beamed, 'The winter ball will be like the Ice Capades! Instead of dancing, we will skate — the most magical and graceful type of dancing ever known. A choreographer’s delight!'

Which reminds me... I have a request: Could DECA fix the trait placement on the upper (baby) Toboggan dragon? It is badly misaligned and peeves me to no extent.

This image of the trait misplacement was posted by JDBlood on the Discord feedback channel. It’s been flagged. I don’t know if Deca will correct it or not. Right now, they’re working on other issues. So it’s probably not a priority, but they’re aware of it.

The image posted on the Discord also features a trait which is more visible (water), which is why I used it instead of the image listed on the Fandom comments (fire trait).
The Original One is in all things. The Original One is nowhere at all. From all creations, over all creations, does Arceus watch over all.
There are reports of the event island disappearing along with the Runic Breeding Caves (the event ends and the player receives Motley eggs), and there are reports of the event island and Gemstone Island merging, when that happens, players can’t earn EC. But that latter bug was resolved earlier. Deca is still keeping an eye on it.
I haven’t heard about players only missing a portion of their EC.
I have received a reply from DECA saying between 14 and 15 December the berry count was correct and so they could not compensate me. I have written back saying the query is not between 14th and 15th December, but between first and second visit on 15 December. I think they are overrun with problems at the moment 😠
Very happy to say that DECA looked again at the situation and have credited me with the missing ice berries, so I for one am very happy with the service I’ve received. Thank you DECA

🫐 The Triple Day Runic Breeding Cave is now open! And with it comes an additional claim (it looks like the event ending / RBC auto-claim bug has been quashed, so players will probably want to wait until the end of the event to make their claims — you never know what you'll breed!).
🫐 If you haven’t collected all the winter evolved decorations, today is the perfect time to buy extra mini-game plays. You’ll receive triple Iceberries!
When you purchase extra plays with gems you’re guaranteed a gold chest, provided that you win the game. There’s no guarantee the gold chests will contain decos, and you can receive duplicates, but it’s still worth spending the gems because you’ll collect a lot of Iceberries.
Once you’ve acquired 75%-80% of the decorations, you’ll start receiving a lot of duplicates — but you can sell dupes for 50 Iceberries, so they have value. At this point, the Toy Chest in the event market is extremely important because it will give you an unowned evolve decoration. Wait until the end of the event (you could still win decos from the free mini-game plays and the tappables in your park), then purchase the remaining decos from the Toy Chest.
And just like that, you’ll have all 100 winter evolve decorations for the 10 evolve dragons!
It has always been triples day on Christmas Day itself so it might be worthwhile to utilize Kairos on that day. It's 4 more days to Christmas hence players might wanna refrain from activating his ability in the next few days.
