You guys are really good at designing. I'm not very creative, and I actually cringe when the boys would come home from school with a project that had to be designed in some sort of way. YIKES.
Anyways, this is the only island that I feel proud of at the moment. My others are still being tweaked, and actually with a Sun breeding in the cave at the moment, I'll be having to redo that island ASAP. But, I truly enjoy this island. I just wish I had an opportunity to get the Fountain (I think it was a Leap Year deco) that I see many others have. It is gorgeous.

It's really cute! The decoration colors go well, together, especially the Butterfly Pavillions and the Pearl ones with the water habitat. I like the two little houses snuggled up way in the corner. The Cozy Dogens are cute, too, with the tree between them. Other than the two little houses in the corner, I think I like best the way you matched the Pavillions with the street laps, cuz the blues goerfect together. I'd never thought of that before. Nice work!

I can see why you feel proud of this island! It's very well done! I like the way you incorporated the natural rocks into the design. It looks great!

It took me some serious time and I had to redo and redecorate it several times until I finally got it the way I really wanted it to be. Phew, finally done!
I named it QC (Quiet and Clean) I'm still working on my story...
Since I put a lot of work and thinking into it, I would appreciate it, if there would be no copy cats. Find your own combination! ;D

Lol, that is my kind of decorating! Isn't minimalist the popular type of decorating these days? I love it, but will try to refrain from copying.
Okay, Birdeh, definitely like your volcano one. I especially like the rows of paper lanterns, cuz the colors go well with what's near them. I like the egg arrow, too. I think I like best the sunstone, cuz its colors go so well with the volcano and Earth habitats and lanterns, but it doesn't just blend in. Something about it stands out but in a good way.
Yourq Colosseum island is looking good, but a bit bare. The paths are neat, and the decorations the buildings. Looks like you're going to be filling in more with the other shrines, and I think it'll flesh out real good. Maybe some eggs? Looks nice, though. Keep us posted!
As always, we attempt to keep the latest find in the dragon world front and center at Islas de Fletch Dragoon, constantly updating our feature habitat on El'ys Island so that the newest dragons are the first things visitors see on arrival. We are proud to announce that with in 24 hours of it's discovery we have specimens of the brand new Firework Dragon on display.
It helped that it turned out to be very easy to breed. This coupled with the wizards skills in replacing the featured habitat to a more suitable one in a matter of hours, is what allowed us to show off our new arrivals so quickly. An adult and baby are pictured above, along with the tell tale air born sparks that these dragons produce. Initially thought to be a way the baby signaled distress to it's parents, this was then revised to be a type of play. After documentation of adults also exhibiting this behaviour it is now believed to be a form of communication between members of this species.
Also pictured is a display of cauldrons, laden with fireworks. These will be launched during the official welcoming ceremony this Wednesday ... unless the heat from the lava ignites them early.

I was wondering, how do you get your island view from so far back? When I shrink stuff down, I still can't see my whole island on my iphone like that. Are you on the ipad?

iPad can zoom farther back than iPhone. If I'm not mistaken, the iPad 3 can zoom farther back than the iPad 2.
