Want to have the Egg Displays in front of the habitats holding the babies, so it pretty much dictated that I have 3 Plant Habitats for the space. Can hold 57 babies, and that's exactly what I can make of the 60 Dragons available (No Pearl, No Emerald and No Bone).
Haven't finished baby-fiying them all yet, and I still need Snow, Current, Copper and Forge. Snow I can throw in there as soon as Lichen is out of the Breeding Cave or Bloom is out of the Colosseum and I can move one of them to the Plant habitat. The others still need to be bred.
Don't know what to do when the next dragon is released ...
Oh, and it turns out she has one of those special Display Firefly Eggs on the Fire Pedestal as well. Yay. It was just sitting on one of her other islands, obviously an early experiment that I just forgot about.
Because Plant is 4x4 and Air is 5x5. They just wouldn't fit. I could have made 2 Air and just 1 Fire or Water, but air is the smallest earner, so there we are.
Will have to think about replacing a Cold with an Air or something as more dragons are released. Will see how we go.
We have finally finished the construction of our 6th Island, creating a lovely garden park celebrating nature and all things dragon.
All 3 of our Rainbows have finally got a proper home and are housed in the corners of the floral display that surrounds a Vernal Fountain. 3 other habitats are housed on the Island housing some of our rarer and more beautiful dragons, including the recently acquired Butterflies, that have been moved from the feature habitat (an update on this will be posted shortly).
The other important feature on this island is the display of dragon eggs that is being expanded on what seems a daily basis. Dragon breeding is far from an exact science, and the game-keepers often find themselves with eggs that they have no use for. Previously these were sold to other Parks, but they have now perfected the ability to hold these eggs in stasis and put them on display. A checker board pattern has been put in place and slots have been assigned to the dragon eggs that are currently known. As breeding "failures" occur, the game-keepers will be grabbing each new egg and placing it in the display.
That's why they have given Isla Fallen the nick name "DragonPhale Island".

"DragonPhale Island" - love it! Very clever!
As always, love your islands and descriptions. Well done!

Very impressive! I agree with Becky-- love your designs & descriptions & your sense of humor. Looking forward to your next update.
This island is one of my favorites. I really like the symmetry, the use of color. The whole island is very regal, elegant, very suitable for these gorgeous dragons.

Isla Fallan - Islas de Fletch Dragoon
It was bought to our attention that we were missing Bloom Dragons on our Isla Fallan, so a rejig was necessary to allow an extra habitat for this other set of Rare Dragons.
And with a lot of breeding going on in the last few weeks, the game-keepers have filled in 45 of the 58 egg spots on display in DragonPhale Island. A bakers dozen to go ... until a new dragon is discovered ...
You guys are really good at designing. I'm not very creative, and I actually cringe when the boys would come home from school with a project that had to be designed in some sort of way. YIKES.
Anyways, this is the only island that I feel proud of at the moment. My others are still being tweaked, and actually with a Sun breeding in the cave at the moment, I'll be having to redo that island ASAP. But, I truly enjoy this island. I just wish I had an opportunity to get the Fountain (I think it was a Leap Year deco) that I see many others have. It is gorgeous.

It is indeed a very nice island with original stones and trees. And don t worry, we all have re done our decorations several times, either because of new habitats or elements, or for tactical reasons. And some players are of course real artists and sone other arrange their islands for max cash. We have all our individual way of keeping our islands.

QT, your island is awesome!!! I love the use of original landscaping (green trees and boulders). I would go camping there most definitely. :-)
The fountain was a spring deco. It came and went with the bloom dragon, I believe. So, you won't have to wait 4 years, (as with the leap year/astrolabe,) only 1...till next spring! :-)

Ahhh, Bloom Dragon deco, got it. I just recalled that the Wiki had it listed as a limited and totally forgot that the Bloom was also limited. For some reason I keep thinking Leap Year whenever I read about past limited dragons, well other than the Emerald. *whimpers* My B-day is May 1 and my birthstone Emerald, so it's still a scab that I can't have one of them. To NOT have your own birthstone dragon is so depressing, I wish I had found DV earlier.
I cleared all of my other islands, but I'm going to try to keep some of the existing landscape on all future islands I get. It may be tough though, and I'm in awe of those of you that were able to do so successfully.
I really wish we had those big fluffy green trees, or even some of the smaller rocks, in the deco tab. As well as a storage for deco. I'm dreading the day I MAY have to sell some of my Butterfly deco to make room.

I really like the look of the new island decor as well, and am hoping they will see fit to give us those options some day.
