Just glad we have it now. Was sure that Poppy had said this available right from the beginning, but it just wasn't working. There must be an awful lot of settings to choose from to get a board working the way they want, will most likely take some time to get it all figured out. So glad our admins are willing to work with us.

I hope you can click on the link and see without having a yuku account. I want to direct you to the general forum, then you can see how that is broken down into more sections and so on. I'm sure loads of your community will be very familiar with a similar format, it's standard format for hobbies etc. I'm harping on about this I know but at the moment as a newbie to your community (of course only if you want new people to join) I'm finding the way it's set up not very helpful. Foe example I asked a question in "tips and tricks" the other day and I saw one reply about three posts down and then another reply a page over, then I don't know what as there were so many other conversations going any answers got swallowed up in the 6 pages that followed. You could actually have a section where people could ask a specific question, in that thread only replies to that person/question are written. Therefore everyone is on topic and you don't need all that constant pasting the OP,s question. You know just because a thread doesn't have 67 pages following it or what was it on the old board 20,000 (chatter boxes!) it's still worthwhile. Ask a question get an answer - that's enough said by me. Thoughts? Tracey (who has far too many opinions and no rare dragons!)

Help? I keep trying to add a pic for my avatar, and have put a photo into a space where I can generate the URL, but everytime I add the URL to the line in the Modify Profile section, then click save, it just disappears, and the photo's not showing up. What am I doing wrong? Poppy? Anyone else?

try copying the second link into your avatar spot on the pro boards website

We're srarting to get a lot of visitors. As I've stated before, they are undoubtedly here to find information about Dragonvale. So it's important to keep the Dragonvale Tips thread as focused and on-topic as possible. Are you uploading a photo from photobucket? If so use the second from the top.

There were 74 pages when I looked earlier this evening and it seems like there are on 47 pages now and even my last few posts that are listed under my own profile lead to pages that are just "gone". I tried this on both the iPad and the Web Browser on my computer, which is were I am posting from now. I just wanted to be sure that is wasn't something on the iPad that was causing it.
If this is in the wrong place for this kind of post, please feel free to move it to wherever it will be best to wind up in. I only mention this in case I am not the only one dealing with this glitch, or whatever it is that is happening. any light shed would be greatly appreciated.

They are doing some manteinance to keep the tips thread more focused on tips. They moved a lot of post to the chit chat area, which now has over 100 pages if you look at it.

No u r ok.. Right now I am just trying to make the tips page a true tips page... So that when we need some quick answers we can find them quickly... And please i have to monitor myself sometimes.. 😉 You are ok.. Please do not stress to much on where you post (except the tips page..lol). The flow of it will come along real quick... It is just that at the "other" place when someone was looking for a tip they had to go through pages of chat to find it... So no worries...
