Everyone is confusing me about the Terms of Service and all...
Yep, I'm going to go off-topic here again because of the age of our friend.
Eternity, I'm obviously not your mom but I do care about what happens to you. Forget about trying to understand the legal talk from the Terms of Service, that really isn't the point at all. What is important is that ProBoards has set 13 to be the minimum age for members of their boards. They do this for many reasons, some of them, as Bliss pointed out, are to protect themselves. Another of those reasons is to protect you.
As a member you have access to the pm system, which a guest does not. You may have noticed there are days when we have many more guest visitors than we do actual members. Those guests can read all your posts, including the one telling us you are under 13. As Fletch mentioned in his post, people can be anything they want on the Internet. I want you to be safe, your posting as a guest offers you a layer of security while still keeping in touch with us. Does this make more sense?

I don't see any problem with reregistering...I'm allowed and all. Personally posting as a guest is more of a hassle to me. I mean I think I just prefer to be a member. But I wanted to make an honest account which I can't do. Would anyone be bothered if I upped myself to 13? Or what? Lol.

If you are 12 you cannot make an account, forum rules. You do not want to jeopardize the existence of this forum i assume. I would recommend you try to find friends of your age in real life, do your best in school and get appreciation of your family. The real world is exiting enough, no need to dig in a world where the word "friend" is misused on social things and all over in the internet. A friend is somebody you know from looking in the eyes, somebody you trust and who trust you. Believe me, on the internet, this is something which is only exceptionally occuring. Don t try to pretend to be somebody you aren t, that leads nowhere. Be yourself and be curious of other people you meet. That wilk give you more joys and satisfaction then trying to fool others. You only fool yourself when doing that. koala.

It took me a while to respond...my laptop is just not working. The volume bar pops up and I'm not even touching it. Volum doesn't work anymore...and neither does the mouse when this happens. It needs to be fixed or one day I think my dad'll come home to a laptop with a broke screen...
