I'm on iPhone 6+ through FB connect, If I have any problems running the game that cause a delete/reinstall will I lose my park? Do I have to use GameCenter or is FB connect enough?
I didn't even know that was an option.... my IOS parks are accessed through Gamecenter.
Well I sure can't afford to lose my park so GameCenter account created ! Of course I allow it to access my FB contacts and it says I have 0 Friends LOL

Make sure your phone has your FB account entered in "settings", "Facebook", not just under contacts. They should appear. (EDIT: also be sure you have downloaded the Facebook app.)

In the phone FB settings, you have green for calendars, contacts, Facebook and Game Center? We will get this ... Let me check both my devices. No parental controls accidentally enabled?

In the phone FB settings, you have green for calendars, contacts, Facebook and Game Center? We will get this ... Let me check both my devices. No parental controls accidentally enabled?

I think I've got it; you have to get on a computer, get into your Facebook account, go to settings, go to apps, select dragonvale and make it accessible or public or whatever the option says. Your friends should show up. I knew there was something small that I wasn't thinking of! If that doesn't work contact BFS tomorrow, I'm sure they know how to connect it.

edit: one final thought... After deleting DV from your computer FB site, go to your phone, into DV, go to options and look for the login button for FB. Log into your account while in the game.
I am able to link my game to Facebook via my iPhone 5, but I can't with my iPad 2. Every time I try it crashes. I am running the current ios9 on my iPad. But still on ios8 on my phone. Any ideas how to get iPad to link to Facebook?
I have the same problem with my iPad 2, it runs out of memory with my park loaded, and then trying to access FB. One thing that has worked, is going to visit a low level park, then going to the social menu and try logging in from there. The reduced memory footprint of the smaller park, gives enough free ram for FB to load.

Fixed it !! OMG so stupid! I went through apple support and I had to enable resrtictions! in order to green light GameCenter then I could disable it and now I can add and accept requests !!!

I am so glad I could help! I don't know much about technology, but I had a terrible time trying to get my android park to talk to my IOS parks so I at least understand that frustration of KNOWING that there is probably just one little switch or step preventing what is wanted. It's wonderful that you've got your friends back.

I've had that happen a lot with my android park and it's never a sure thing, but I've had some luck if I go really slow. I click on Twitter, it says I don't have an account (because I don't, but fletch tipped us off on this), and I back out (still get a green check), then pause before doing the Facebook thing. If I go really slow between steps I get them more often than not now. Not sure if the first part of your post was a different issue?

Try this: go into your FB acct on a computer, go to settings, apps, delete DV from FB. Go into your iPad game and to options. Log in to your Facebook acct there.

Unfortunately it didn't work. I emailed BFS and their suggestion didn't work either. I will just log in on my phone to collect/gift my FB friends and when hatching a new dragon for the FB gem

2. BFS cannot 3. I will be your friend! I have an android park; I even learned how to friend myself to send gems across platforms. And there are many wonderful players on android devices. Although I will say that if I hadn't already had a park going for so long on my kindle, I wouldn't have dealt with all the differences. It's much easier to work with multiple IOS parks than the effort it takes to fully integrate an android park.
