I have tried forced stop, logout and back in. My friend also doesnt come up as an option to add as a friend. I can see the gifts she gives me but cant gift back. Any other hints?
Right my problem is kind of similar but. I dont have game centre as i am android. I can see all my friends but one. She is still an active player and uses game cente. This only happened after the latest halloween event update. I am assuming i sould log back out of then in facebook??? She can see me i just cant see her.

Thanks! If you play more than one park, I think you must re-bind the parks at login whenever you want to Co-op Breed, Gift or play the Mausoleum Colosseum

With the latest Apple updates GameCenter has been rendered useless for adding new friends. BFS has said that they hope to have their own friending mechanism for Dv and DVWorld by February 2017. Until then Facebook is the only way to add new friends.

Suddenly I can't visit my friend's park - it says she has a newer version of DV and asks if Inwant to update, but if I say, "Ok" it just sends me to the Frosty jubilee update. She has the same message when she tried to visit my farm. I tried a hard reboot, but it didn't help.

Ditto here. Also tried deleting the app and reinstalling, which did not help. I have sent an email to BFS so report back if they have anything to say.

Hey, guys. I'm having some issues with my game and I was wondering if someone can offer some advice. I've tried looking through this thread, along with the troubleshooting pages on the BF site, but I haven't found a solution to my problem.
Last night when I was playing DV, my game started glitching out and acting up. No big deal. Just reinstall it like I always do because that fixes it. But here's the problem. I uninstalled the app, and when I went to reinstall it the app won't reinstall. It just says "app not installed".
I deleted the app and tried downloading it from the app store in hopes that would fix the problem. The app downloaded just fine. But when I went to install it, it still says "app not installed".
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling other apps to see if it's a problem with the device itself. The other apps reinstalled and are working fine. It's the DV app that refuses to install.
I haven't switched to a different device or anything. I'm still using my Android tablet that I always play DV on. And yet when I try to install the game after downloading the app it won't install. I have enough memory for it, so I don't think that's the problem.
Can anyone help me with this?

Amazon AWS, which BFS rely on, was down for 2 hours earlier, I had the same issue, and it's resolved now. Amazon services are coming back online.
Older devices can't handle large parks, my iPad2 (512mb ram, 16G storage) can't run DV anymore, my daughters iPad 4 (1Gb ram, 16G storage) can.
Thank you! I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and it's working fine now. I think it was having some problems updating; it kept trying to load the Gathering of Roses loading screen.

After initially creating my account, when loggin in, the app came back with my Name & Password and all I had to do was tap CONTINUE. Now, after installing iOS 1.3, my Name & Password are no longer filled in, causing me to have to re-enter those items.
So, I did do the re-entry and also ‘checked’ the Remember Me Check box, thinking that my next login would have the Name & Password fields filled, as before but it doesn’t...
How can I get DVC to operate the way it did prior to my iOS update?

Today, after the Event ended and I had collected my final 1,000 Eggs, I hit collect on another friend and the 1,400 Eggs from that friend went away.
Seems I have too much stuff in my park. Trying to clear out my Storage Tower so I can rearrange islands, and I keep having the game crash and then require a reinstall to work again.
This is on an iPhone 8 with 256gb storage (most of it free).

Ahh, CesspitX , I had similar difficulties a while back; loading multiple peds into the tower was fine, then trying to offload them onto new island caused crashes, UNLESS I only unloaded 4 or 5 at a time, did something else, then unloaded another lot. I also reduced RAM load by collecting from all islands etc first 🐨🐨🐨
