Same here! ^.^ Recently most of my emails (ticket request) were solved by him. Last time it used to be mixed (Rachael, Dan, Neff). Haven't heard from Rachael for a long time.

In-game, Options, Credits lists Rachael as Customer Service Mgr, and Dan, Craig, Kyle, and Sean as Customer Service Rep. That
may explain why we have not heard from Rachael.

Hmmm.... That could be a reason or maybe ticket request is a random assignment and she would only reply to emails but not ticket request.

Nope. I replied to Daniel's email during the weekend, attaching screenshots showing my total ffs. But I have received no answer from him so far. I really don't know what the problem is, since they have solved other people's problems.

I finally got my gems today. It was the exact amount (fireflies / 5). Not even 1 extra gem after waiting so long.   
But I am glad that they finally solved the problem.
