Is anyone experiencing this? : The visitors icon says there are no eggs in my park. I know that I haven't found any eggs today because I'm just now able to log in and play. I just found 2 blue eggs. I clicked on them, they disappeared, but I didn't get the points. It's as though the game has ended, but not really.
My guess is that the "extra" eggs we could find over the weekend was related to the double eggs/discount and that is now ended. I would think the Golden egg is still available to find, though.
I have collected blue, green, and purple eggs since the doubles ended.
In regarding to jamesvaler's acct - As of this morning Jv was 272 eggs away from the 2nd Mono.
I am asking his gem buddies to help w/ one last round of treats or gems tonight. Jv has asked me to look after his park, and your gifts to him would help me out quite a bit as well. Timewise, I wont be able check his acct often, maybe one or twice/day.

Friended James this week and will send along eggs, gem, treats from both my Dragonsai Tree and Dragonsai Bush this evening as soon as they reset. To any of my regular trading buddies who are also friends with James, please feel free to forgo gifts to me and send them to James instead.
Buffy, I assume we are back to the 120 egg limit for gifts after doubles which means if 120 come in from gifts then you will need to find, uncover, scrounge, and hunt down 152 more. He was sure he had missed out on the second Monolith, I'd love to see him get it. koala!

Well, I panicked before I left for work this morning and spent $1.99 on 150 eggs to guarantee the Relic. Now it looks like I could have earned it the "old fashioned way." I don't mind, because BFS does an awesome job at keeping DV interesting and challenging on a regular basis without real money ever needing to be spent, so they've more than earned that money!
Now I feel like a cheater, though, so I want to earn those 150 eggs before the event ends, just so I have the satisfaction of knowing I could have done it...

You can see when the event ends by going to Social and then News. There is a timer for the egg hunt. Currently it shows 19 hours and 48 minutes. Koala to all chasing the needed eggs.

w/ everyone's help, I am positive he will collect enough ME's from quest, coliseum and gem spending (will be my last resource).
When Jv handed the park over, he said, "Go wild w/ it."
Me: Wild? really? YES! I am so totally turning your park to a cute little girl dragon park, w/ pink, purple, white, and green...
but...my dream was short lived, he was broke in all accts, DC, Gems, and foods, lo.l

I'm going to be about 200 short of the relic tomorrow when the event finishes I think, but should be a fair few treats to help towards getting all possible dragons over level 15.

Thank you to all of the generous people who stepped forward and helped get me to the last prize. It was great to have a wave of help arrive, even though several of the FR didn't go through, I still felt greatly supported! Thank you also to BFS for a fun event ... again!
Next big thing would be Halloween, right? I wonder if we'll actually have a break until then, or if BFS is going to start making up occasions to have some more events in the interim.
My avatar came from a summer event last year where we collected fireflies. I think its safe to assume there will be more events between now and Halloween.

Some friends touch your heart in a way that you can never erase.
In fact it's not unexpected for us to have one more day. Generally, when they say that an event ends on a certain day, it ends on the following day. They usually say that the event will end on a Sunday and then it ends on Monday. Since this time was a Monday, I expected it to last until Tuesday. Does what I'm saying make any sense? But since everybody was saying that it would end today, I thought I was mistaken. My easter eggs got a little confused. I didn't get eggs for some of them. But since I've already gotten my Relic, it's no big deal. Koala to all during these last hours.

In May we have Mother's Day and Memorial Day. In June is Father's Day. Of course the Fourth of July. August, I can't think of anything. September has Labor Day. October is Halloween, November is Thanksgiving. Then we are back to Christmas and New Year's Day I sure hope we don't have events for every big holiday! I'm looking forward to a simpler playing style for awhile. Time to get my garden planted and some work done on my house. The events always seem to come at the worst possible time, when I already feel maxed out by RL. I want DV to be a diversion, not an occupation.

My presumption with the 'wonky' finish times has always been time differences!?! They don't finish at 12pm on the dot on the 6th going into the 7th as some places it'd still be hours until the 6th was over!? Hence the kind of extra day people seem to get at the end!? Does that make sense?

Do you play Dragonvale on an iPhone, iPad, Droid phone, or tablet?
The question is: What system are you running: If it is iOS (Apple) based you can get friends by sharing your Game Centre ID.
If not (Android, Kindle etc), then you need to make friends on Facebook (You can also do this on iOS). This is a very different system and breaches your privacy more than the iOS system. Which is why we don't recommend you publish your details here. ether use PMs to share the needed information or set up a separate fb account just for DV and publish that.
If we don't know what system you use, we cannot help you.
