I have a stupid question...I purchased a gem tree when the event started so i could gift new friends,I only got an additional 3 gems to gift... Is that really all you get for spending 150 gems or is there a way to get more?
Do you play Dragonvale on an iPhone, iPad, Droid phone, or tablet?
The question is: What system are you running: If it is iOS (Apple) based you can get friends by sharing your Game Centre ID.
If not (Android, Kindle etc), then you need to make friends on Facebook (You can also do this on iOS). This is a very different system and breaches your privacy more than the iOS system. Which is why we don't recommend you publish your details here. ether use PMs to share the needed information or set up a separate fb account just for DV and publish that.
If we don't know what system you use, we cannot help you.
I use an iphone with game center. I just got the first monolith dragon with some help, so you guys can direct your eggs to those who need it more. Thanks for offering and helping me get my bearings. The community here is really friendly.

Yes, the Dragonsai Gifting tree ups your daily gems from 3 to 6. Still if you have 6 regular gem buddies you will recoup that cost fairly quickly and then be in a net profit.
Edit: Also in the next event, you can collect more "thingies" from having more friend parks to visit and receiving more gifts from friends.

Yes that is all. It will take you a long time to recoup the investment.
THe Christmas event had a gift sapling that gave you one extra gem (taking the total to 7 with tree or 4 without) as one of the rewards but that's it.

It's still on! I look at a date like "April 6" and I think of local time. So all my calculations have erred on the safe side and I'm looking at 1200 extra eggs. Wish there were a way of sending them to someone in greater need
Big thanks to BFS for the one day extension! Much to my surprise, managed to get the relic this morning. My presumption with the 'wonky' finish times has always been time differences!?! They don't finish at 12pm on the dot on the 6th going into the 7th as some places it'd still be hours until the 6th was over!? Hence the kind of extra day people seem to get at the end!? Does that make sense?

To change the standard avatar, scroll to the top of the page and look for the purple banner, and the "Profile" option. Then look for the grey button in the upper right corner that lists "Edit Profile". From there are several choices. To use one provided by our forum, choose "Use Forum Avatar". Click on the "Pick One" link, make your choice. Then be sure to click the "Save Avatar Changes" There are lots to choose from, have fun!
Mono1 and Mono 2 just pulled a 48 hour incubation time in EBC. Didn't see that one coming, lol! So good to see so many getting all the rewards from this event!!

Level your dragon up, more DC, more treats. Long term investment.
