Rifted Twin Regal... Rifted Twin Regal... Rifted Twin Regal... Rifted Twin Regal... Rifted Twin Regal... Rifted Twin Regal... Rifted Twin Regal... Rifted Twin Regal... all I want is one Rifted Scarab from a Golden Egg. Trying to breed Rifted Gold this entire time with no luck. No Rifted Gold means no Rifted Loot means no Rifted Scarab.
I get the feeling no one at BFS has ever lived in a rural area. If you want to lead a 🐴, you put the 🥕 on a stick just in front of its nose. You don’t use a kilometer long stick.

I will not purchase event currency when the odds are stacked against me so high. Nope.
I don't even feel like spending event currency on a "magic" egg that is almost certain to be a regal, just maybe opulent. But apart from Misfortune, theres not much else to do with it. As far as spending real money, no matter the odds, I am not going to gamble real money on pixels...
Ok, I gambled. I purchased a total of 32 yes thirty two, eggs. Got masses of opulent, regals and few scarabs, and ZERO yes ZERO Djini. This is a crooks game and I am going to tell those guys at BSF (for me you can just drop the F) what I think of their commercial methods. Am going to get that dragon with a wish and seriously consider switching to other activities

You paid actual money to buy 32 eggs? Or did you save up all of your rings and use some to get mystery eggs? I’m not wasting rings to buy another egg bc I know it will be regal. I’ll get the dinji pedestal. If I ever actually get a dinji, I’m naming him “F You” grrr

Yes, I bought rings with the best currency in the world, Swiss francs lol. No worries, I can afford it. I wanted to know how far the BSF extorsion would go. Well, I still don t know as 32 eggs did not give one single djini. So maybe Djini is not even one you can get with eggs and they just pretended you can get one. Just one of those lies. Must be contagious...
Managed to get a Djinni with the Egg of Mystery, after buying everything else I wanted from the prize pool and spending the rest on mystery eggs. Left with 170 event currency.
If only I could breed the last two Galaxy dragons from the last event (I decided to get the habitats instead of spending currency on getting the dragons).

With that many eggs, the average player would have received 2 Djinni dragons. This is why I absolutely despise the random loot system of this event, because players who have bad luck come out feeling like the event was the biggest waste of either (or both) time and money. All of these dragons should have been available for ring purchases and by this mystery egg system to solve the problem. Then you can at least decide which method to use to get your dragons. There are newer players who don't have everything collected that are just happy to randomly get anything and the random system may work better for them. And those who generally collect everything and sometimes spend a little to finish can still collect their rewards.
Of course now that you spent money on this purchase, you'll go 6 more weeks without any free gems. Hopefully the extra Regal rift twins are worth it.
I finally got a Scarab off a found Golden egg and another purchased. Still no Djinni, with all 4 breeding sites devoted to it. I'll breed the eggs later, got doubles and triples.

::sniffle, sob:: No scarab for me! Just maxed out and spent the last of my event currency on....drumroll, please.... a Rifted Twin Opulent, to go along with the ten other Rifted Twin Opulents. I’m still breeding Gold and Loot in two spots, will do some gem speed-ups this evening, but I’m not holding out hope. I swear, I’m never going to see my Dragonarium shoot flames...

I give gems randomly to those who seem to need them because I'm not organized enough to keep a list, but I'm always looking for more Party Hat friends!
Is anyone else seeing the “Come one, Come all,” on the loading screen. Not another event so soon. And seriously, do we really need 12 of the same dragon? This is as bad as my husbands comic book collection, same story just 25 different covers. They call them variant covers. Seriously! Does someone at DV collect comics and decided this was a good idea for the dragons?

There. I did it. I bought a new Rift habitat and populated it entirely with RRegals (Air, Lightning, Fire, Water, Plant). Too bad we don't have a Rift Treasure Theme available yet to top it off.
It looks... Regal. Dare I say ... Opulent? Definitely Precious. (My Precious...)
I think I am satisfied with the end of this event.
I, er...I didn't sign in here for the duration of the event, didn't really read the event FAQ, and thus didn't realise these dragons were possible to breed. But never fear, seeing the dreadful breeding luck a number of people in this thread had, and knowing my own typical abysmal luck, I'll be viewing this lack of breeding on my part as sort of a Tesla-style experiment (I knew the outcome before or regardless of the experiment, therefore, no loss in not breeding in reality).
Also, on at least one of the doubles days I had the same issue a couple other people had, in that I scoured my park for the golden egg and lo and behold, it was nowhere to be found. I was thorough, too. Feeling rather apathetic on that one, though, anyway, because if I'd found it it almost certainly would've just been another Regal, haha.
Only missing Djinni, and assuming I won't be getting it this event. I'm not thrilled about growing accustomed to missing dragons, but it's happened to me during the past few events, so I'm feeling sort of resigned to that occurring yet again...Anyone like Fiddler on the Roof? Daily I feel like Tevye, weighing out whether I want to keep playing DV or quit. "But on the other hand...but on the other hand..." I may just reach: "There is no other hand!" one of these days. We shall see.
