It’s kinda visible in the background of the pic, but it’s a little dark, sorry about that. The mystery egg type is the basic, random one called Egg of Mystery.Which type of mystery egg did you purchase?
You could purchase the Rare Egg of Mystery and increase your chances of getting a Spellform. I only buy the random mystery egg because I’ve reached its cap of 11,750 Etherium per egg, which is far cheaper than the rare, epic, and gem mystery eggs in my game.

I think (hope) BFS may have forgotten to free the dragons that were locked behind their costume pieces all event long. Even though the Wishing Well and the Egg of Mystery aren’t related in their rules or restrictions, the evolve dragons have always been wish-able and mystery egg-able, regardless if a player has their evolve decorations or not. Of course, that doesn’t necessarily mean the Spellforms will follow. While I can see BFS adding obstacles (and getting carried away with it) as they try to make the game more challenging, continuing to lock these dragons behind their getups would be such a departure from the basic concept of wishes and mystery eggs that it would degrade the entire purpose of the Wishing Well and the Egg of Mystery.My guess is that it's a bug that you can't use a wish on these dragons without having the spellforms. Just email Backflip and confirm if it impacts you.
Here’s hoping everyone receives Spellforms from the eggs, their outfits aside. G’luck to all who take a dip in the mystery egg pool!

Guys, I got a “sailback dragon” from my daily log in reward! 😮 I wanted to upload it but it says upload error. (I am using an IPad). Can someone teach me how to upload/attach file so I can show you guys if you want to see it? I tried to use the add attachment function. Sorry, not very techy...

It's best not to try adding attachments to the post and instead use a third party image host. Here's an old guide that walks through the process of uploading and posting an image from Imgur.
But yeah, BFS did a oopsie and forgot to remove a couple of event dragons from gift egg pools and the wishing well. Spoiler alert for tomorrow: I made a gallery if anyone wants to see. (I did forget to screenshot the baby day forms though.)

Oh, I get it. They start off as regular dragons, then you get the light up attachment, put it on the dragon and they magically glow and change colors. Or that's what it looks like.

I got a Rigel today!
So excited. I want to see that blue fire! But it’s not there.
The dragonariun says I’m missing montedragon.displayname and sailbackdragon.displayname.
Come on! I’ve been waiting a long time to see the blue fire again, even if it would only be less than 24 hours.

Do you know what... that really is the last straw for me, I’m done - no more stupid dragons. I’m deleting and quitting and getting two hours of my life a day back again!
Thanks for the fun over the years and sorry to my gem & food buddies, but it really is time to move on.
Well maybe... might just log in tomorrow to see what trauma the new event will bring and then quit!... possibly....

The wish with the new dragon is most definitely a bug. Just email them and they'll refund it or send you the dragon, and fix it for everyone else.

Afraid that BFS may take it back, I hurriedly claimed it and incubated it and now it is hatched! I have blue hearted it to see if you all can breed it? I am distracted by shiny things and also influenced by what everybody is talking about and doing, so I have been purchasing mystery eggs at an alarming rate. I keep getting blazing gale, and tempest and eggs like that. Nothing good at all. That's what happens when you're a follower, you get egg on your face you big disgrace. It's supposed to be mud on your face but egg fits better and I just wanted to throw out an ear worm too.
Noodles do log in tomorrow to see what trauma the new event will bring; do stay just a little bit longer...

Just got a quest, Inception Misconception. Elements are plant, earth, metal and cold. Don’t see it on any lists, am I just not seeing it or is this a new quest? I put in a Rainbow, my default dragon, and it’s a 16-hour quest.

Rigel seems to be easier to get. Got my 2nd yesterday with Antarian + Comet, then got a 3rd (Pedestal this time) today using the same combo.
