Thanks for checkling! Funny, those dragons doesn’t exist for me in the beredning hints at all. (And I have 3 dragons of each kind, not that it matters). But it’s not a problem really, (I thought it was a global thing, that’s why I brought it up).
No problem. If you check your Egg History, it should show how many you have incubated or bought. This will only show dragons that you've bred/bought in the Vale. It is possible that some of the dragons that you already have were bred in the Rift. Rift dragons don't unlock the Breeding Hints. If you breed more of the dragons that you're missing a hint for, the Breeding Hint will unlock once you've bred two in the Vale. 😊

Any hope we can get "A Dragonvale Player" to be recognized by the game or at least identified so I can ask said players to DV request? I have tried removing and re adding Facebook permissions but everytime I restart I have to click the login Facebook button.

She has tried everything, disabling permissions, uninstalling, unbinding FB, working with support, etc, and it appears there isn’t anything that can be done on the player's end to display the friends’ names. Meta will need to work with Deca to fix the issue. Dealing with Meta has been a lengthy and arduous process in the past, and I doubt it will be any different this time. The problem is smaller games like DV are a very low priority for them, so they offer little support.
However, Calli did show that from the Friends tab, if you click the Visit button on a listing for 'A DragonVale Player' (as if you were going to visit their park), the player’s profile will appear with their Friend ID. Perhaps you can use that information to try and link the DV profile to the FB friend.

I addressed Eggy’s Redo button on the event thread. Deca has been looking into it, but it’ll likely require an update, so unfortunately, there’s no timeline for a fix.

Don't know how this happened, but I had a glacier egg go fullscreen while doing eggy hatchy.
Clicking "bank" was the only way out of this screen.
The Hooded bug meets Eggy Hatchy! I love the gigantic shadow the egg casts! 🤣 Glacier is a BIG dragon, so this actually fits the game.
Has this only happened once? If it’s occurred several times, is it always with the Glacier egg?
And just to confirm, you’re on Android is that correct?

I have been troubled by an ad that gives me the 'black screen of death'. The ad plays all the way through, but at the end there is no 'x' to close the ad, just a black screen. The only way to get back into DV is to force close the app and reopen the game. The reward does appear to be given when going back into the game.
I'm suffering enough crashes without having to do a force close and reopen for an ad that doesn't play properly. 😉
The ad is for the 'Hero Wars' game. There seem to be several variations of ads for this game (seems to be every other ad I see) and there are several providers.
This is the ad provider that resulted in the black screen. While there is a button to report an ad, that option isn't there once the ad crashes. (Took the screenshot before the ad crashed) 😊

Nobody can open the game. The Connection Error message shows. We have informed Deca and are awaiting their reply. Hopefully, we can enter the Vale soon.

It seems like there are no in-game breeding hints for Ignis, Scout and Virgonian.
This may be related. I noticed that if I check the new Egg Results for Valor and Redbeard (hidden element), Scout is not appearing as an option. I was able to breed scout with this combo, it just doesn't appear in the possible results.

Also, If I view the new in-game breeding results for Scout + Chrome, I believe that Frons should be a possibility; but it is not listed.
The missing Hidden dragons from the Breeding Results feature have been flagged. Deca is aware of the problem, and they’re working on it. All of the Hidden dragons, including Frons and Scout, do not show in the results.
In addition, the Galaxy dragons are missing from the co-op breeding cave results.

PSA: Please refrain from purchasing anything from the Rift Market and event market
Players have reported that buying items either results in the game crashing and the items are lost, or the next time they log in, the items are missing. In both cases, their currency is restored.
Deca is aware of the issue, and they'll investigate further when the DV Team returns to work on Wednesday.

EDIT: The bug is also affecting wishes. Please do not wish for items at the Wishing Well.

PSA: Update on the event market/Rift Market/Wishing Well bug
If you cannot load the game due to the event market/Rift Market/Wishing Well bug that started on Tuesday, please open a support ticket as soon as possible. If you already created a support ticket, you will need to open another one. The sooner players contact support, the sooner everybody will be in the Vale.
