No, you don’t have to post the images. I was just curious, because so far I only saw one screenshot from Reddit. Only a handful got that screen to load.

This morning I went to check on my Dragon Draw tower to see if any changes have been made. I saw that I have some more blue shards to collect, but when I went to collect them, it said I've reached my limit.
I find this rather interesting, since I had originally thought that we'd be able to stockpile as many soul shards as we wanted. Apparently the limit we can have is 60, so I'm guessing 60 could be the full amount you can spend on a dragon at any given time. Or maybe it's 35, because it says to spend 35 in the Dragon Draw. I could be wrong and the number can always change. But it's nice to get an idea of how this works.
It really does look like this was made for new players, because the tower itself only costs 99 in dragon cash, and the most you can collect is 60 soul shards. You get 25 soul shards every 24 hours, and you don't need many so it'll add up fairly quickly. Still, I'm willing to give this a try. I think it'll be fun, and maybe I'll get some of the dragons on my wishlist.
Oh, this is really interesting! When I open the Summoning Circle in my park, it still says it’s under maintenance.
My Soul Shard amount is at 60. I just can’t get your pop-up.

So, reading in the help section, it says the maximum amount of shards you can have from the free daily shards is 50. There is a sliding scale over the next several weeks of how many free daily shards there will be. At first it is 25 a day, and goes down incrementally to 5 a day, which is where it ends up being permanently. It states that you can’t go above 50 unless you buy shards with RL$ or are gifted them (which is how you have 60 now). It states that if you buy then you can have as many as you want.
DV has a bunch of accounts using hacks for unlimited currency. What protection to we have from them? Max number of shards investable?
There are flags on accounts that hack and add their own gems, added by Backflip long ago. I don't know how accurate it is and if they catch everything, but right now it still lets you play normally but you can't get 'twins' in the social cave (if I recall correctly). That way it stops you from impacting other players by sending out twins to everyone for free. I hope Deca has thought of this because otherwise you are right, players who cheat will end up winning Dragon Draw and impacting the amount of shards used on each dragon. Those accounts shouldn't be allowed to play this new Draw. This is especially true given Deca is expecting players to purchase shards for real money so the results should be as fair as possible.

Actually, why not make ALL won dragons rift dragons? Is this not a magical tower 🤔
While this would be a great solution for those of us collecting rift dragons, I could see this being a problem for newer players and it seems this update is focused more on newer players. Rift dragons are expensive to feed so those players will likely want a normal version and they may not even have much of a rift built yet.
I think they should just add a new dragon picking option, and use it for Dragon Draw winners and for any Wish used for a dragon. Pick a dragon and a pop up should open asking 'Dragon or Egg?' and then a second asking 'Normal, Rift, Twin, Twin Rift?'. There are a couple of dragons I'd like to wish for and get rift versions and it would make Dragon Draw much more useful for long term players.
Hmm, I hope so. As always, no idea though how difficult anything is from a coding perspective.
DV is overdue for "quality of life" updates. Those eggs, broken tutorials, removal of items from the tower. Nothing more annoying than that list snapping back up.
Unfortunately, Dragon Draw probably won’t be reactivated this week. It may be ready next week, but if the changes require an app update, it’ll take longer, since Apple and Google will need to approve the update.

Not sure the reset worked.. I can only claim 5 shards. That said, I don't need any dragons so I don't really feel any loss there.

It doesn’t let me claim any shards. I have 60. It took two times me going in for the dragons to load. It did say please wait. Maybe try a couple more times for things to load.

CesspitX and amos, you can’t have more than 50 Soul Shards. Click on the Collect button. It should have a '5' on it, indicating that 5 Shards are available. This pop-up will show

There are quite a few of us out in the cold cecilia - you are not alone. Deca have only released Dragon Draw to those players that managed to obtain the Summoning Circle at the first release.
Until then, the rest of us will have to wait patiently until it is released to everyone - in two days time. 🤞 Or wait impatiently! We want to play too!

Ooh ... but people had problems on its launch, because they didn't have free space to place the building. Clearing space on an island in preparation is probably a good idea. :-)
