The Compendium seems to be bugging with breed results. I put in Tansy + Kroki on the Normal Cave. For some reason a bunch of Rift-exclusive dragons are showing up in the possible results, not all of them but also not just ones that would have happened if I were breeding in the Rift, for instance Ghast is in the list despite not being a possible result even in the Rift. Dragons of every element including Cold, Metal, Dark, and Light are showing up as well as the Snowflake 1, Nightbloom, and Solarflare Dragons. Is this an issue exclusive to me or are other people experiencing this as well?
Have you double checked Normal was definitely selected for Cave? I just tried and it didn't have any Rifts in the normal cave setting, using the same combo. I then changed to 'Rift' for Cave and it appears only the results that could be possible results are there. Possibly this was a temporary side effect of Quil adding the Rift primaries to the results to reflect the change in-game, though if that's the case it seems they just fixed it. How recently have you checked your version?

It was set to the Normal Cave but I was still on an old version and after updating the issue resolved itself, don't know what caused it but it's over now LOL
How can I sort the data to arrange dragons from hardest to breed to easiest?
Do you mean chance-wise? If so there's an option on the menu bar (a few options across from where you select dragons) on the Breeding Sim page. You can order by incubation time (either highest to lowest or vice versa), name or chance.

I am choosing dragons from the runic cave. I want to chose twins that are the lowest chance to be bred.

If you are specifically looking for twins I assume that you want to select the ones with the lowest breeding chance using the co-op cave?
The Dragonarium in the Compendium has a sort by Social 1 Parent and Social 2 Parent which shows the % of obtaining it through the co-op cave.

The Runic Caves tab is old, it was added before I even had a Dragonarium or a Breeding Simulator. It doesn't have any options for sorting, and I'd like to do major updates to it (along with many other things) for a 3.0 change in the future. For now, you can highlight columns A2 through I in a browser, and then goto Data -> Sort Range -> Advanced Sorting. Choose column H and sort A->Z. This is not ideal, as it's a text sort so 10% will come before 5% but after 1%. But will will group everything together with cloning chances so you can at least look through it and find the groupings of the hardest to clone.
You can also go to the Dragonarium, show all dragons, and then sort by Social cloning chances and work backwards from there.

Apologies if this has been said before, but I am seeing primaries (not primary rifts) suggested as results for breeding in the rift using the Breeding Sim (e.g. Mirage + Shadow says it can produce Light/Dark in the rift).

That's because they can be results.
Any combo that: --only uses one primary element and nothing else (e.g. Dargon + Fire or Plant + Ghostly Plant) --only uses two opposite primary elements and nothing else (e.g. Frostfire + Cold, Shadow + Mirage) --only adds the Rift or an epic/epic element(s) and nothing else to one of the above cases (e.g. Rift versions of either of the above cases, or something like Frons + Plant, which only uses the plant and metal primary elements aside the Hidden epic element) can result in any normal primaries whose element is in the mix, even if the normal primaries aren't in the combo.
Side note: This is the only way normal primaries can be bred. (As for other primaries, Rift primaries can only be cloned in the Rift and ghostly primaries have to be double parent cloned. Dargon is just like any other limited non-evolution non-gem dragon though.)

I opened the compendium on my computer, I usually use the tablet. I got a message I havent seen before Warning: Some formulas are trying to send and receive data from external parties.

Is all correct?
I asked about this before, it's fine.
I'm looking for a way to fix it, but it's looking unlikely now. Google released a patch two weeks ago. The fix they did only works for developers who copy and send out their own sheets, creating new sheets on the fly. There's a new REST API that you can call against the sheet and set a new property that clicks the Allow button for this one message. I tested it out and it does work on copies I make, but I was really hoping there was a way to prevent the message completely for copies anyone makes. If I set the property on the main Compendium, it doesn't carry that property over to new copies. Security wise, that makes sense. Google is trying to tell you that data will be sent to or from other sites, and users should know about that if a sheet does that. That's perfectly fine.
The message itself is a bit misleading. There is no data leaving the Compendium, just incoming. The Compendium uses importrange() to pull dragon data from a master sheet, and uses that same function to pull collection data and some predefined values from other parts of that same sheet. That keeps your dragon data up to date without having to make new copies of the Compendium with every change, and with every returning/leaving limited. The Compendium also calls the image() function to bring in Egg images from a Google Drive I setup, along with a few banners and such.
Where is still seems broken is that you can't click the accept if you're using a mobile app to view the sheet. That needs to be fixed by Google, and the only workaround is to load it on a mobile browser first. You only ever need to click it once for each copy you make.
I just noticed that the clone chances listed for the Runic caves are (according to the Breeding Sim) the social clone chances, not the non-social clone chances like I expected. I'm not certain of whether to believe that or not seeing as that tab is outdated and I haven't seen anything elsewhere implying this either.
