In one of my parks, I only have 2 untraited ones, both bred in the rift 🙄.. I actually kept one little 🐨 for myself and had been working him pretty hard. I am paying him more than minimum wage, plus 5 square meals a day. Hopefully he won’t disappoint.
I recently found that minimum wage varied widely from state to state and even within different cities of metropolitan areas. You might need to consider an even higher wage and a constant supply of dark chocolate, cherry wine and green apples. Although that hasn’t seemed to work for me with the co-op.
After a pay raise, dark chocolates flew in from Belgium, endless cajoling, and a few threats of unemployment, the little guy finally delivered a traited Darkarm at 10,000E. I am giving him the rest of the night off, until reset tomorrow for the next limited. 😉

You have a very special family of koalas, ladyj . They have worked their magic today. My park has bred 3 Darkarms in the Rift. The first two were without a trait, third time was lucky and I now have a beautiful dark traited Darkarm. 😊
Your koalas discovered a small group of koalas in my park. They were hiding as they were scared of Darkarm but have been reassured that he is 'armless. 😉
Thank you for the loan of your koalas. They are now well rested, fed and watered. They're on their way back to your park via the Broom Broom Express service. 🧹🧹 They should arrive in time for the new dragon being released tomorrow.
I’ll ask Deca about this. It appears they took the sun habitat prices from the Dunes of Magic event, which is perfectly fine, but the sun and moon habitats should be the same price. Hopefully, they'll further lower the cost of the moon habitats.
Have they said anything regarding this yet?
Unfortunately, Deca will not be changing the price for the Giant Moon Habitat since players have already purchased it.

A fortnight had passed, and Polarus was on the horizon. He was much larger and more powerful than anyone had anticipated. Although a mile away, his silhouette was guarded by the sun, and the wizards and dragons could already feel his magnetic presence pulling them toward him. Elminster, the Eldest of the Elders and wisest across the land turned to the dragon KINGSTONE. Only the Favoured One could remove the sword protruding from the dragon’s back and possess its mythical powers. Elminster firmly grasped the hilt and valiantly drew the sword free in one graceful motion. He wielded the Excalibur-esque weapon to summon Tiamat (Queen of the Dragons, The Chromatic Dragon, Creator of Dragonkind, and The Great Dragon) and Bahamut (The Platinum Dragon, Lord of the North Wind, The Wyrmking, and Ruler of the Metal Dragons). Bahamut guarded the shoreline as his mood changed his colour from teapot blue to bitter indigo. This darkened the weather and dampened the atmosphere, weakening the metallic nature of Polarus. Tiamat took to the skies and rapidly flew towards Polarus. Her five heads represented each house, Blazing Gale, Hidden Bolt, Icy Torrent, Iron Blossom, and Mountain Sun, allowing her to hold the strength and secrets of all dragons. In a matter of moments, Tiamat and Polarus collided. Polarus surged all his magnetic energy to overtake Tiamat, but the weakened and brittle Polarus was overcome. He splintered into a dozen metallic shards and scattered into the Crimson Sea below.
Kingstone is at level 20 in the co-op challenging everybody to draw the sword. Kingkoala to all! 👑🐨👑

Baby Kingstone is adorable, and the adult is majestic! Perfect for the Middle Ages Vale.

I started trying for the traited Darkarm at 7:30, one day one. Sent all the way to 20k, every day. ZERO traited Darkarm.

I did the same as you, dee! Bred up to 20,000 every day in the Rift. Usually, I only breed up to 15,000, but since the breeding percentage was not favourable, I added more daily breeds. Yesterday, still no Darkarm after reaching 20,000. Came back later in the day and bred up to 99,000. Still no Darkarm. Late at night, tried again, and got an untraited Darkarm 🙄😤😭. Kept going, finally bred a traited Darkarm at 123,760. Darkarm with a trait took 2,081,146 Etherium to breed. 💀

So sorry to hear that. It is a tough one with 5 elements in the breeding combo. Hopefully, you will have better luck with Kingstone. 🐨🐨
Just to commiserate, this happens to me not rarely either. I still don’t have traited versions of a number of dragons, including some “older” ones like Faire, Muse, Kringle, just to name a few. But with patience and perseverance, I am hopeful to eventually breed them. Btw, I try to utilize the RBCs when they become available..😊

Aha, that explains your Darkarm nightmare in the previous post. Totalling to 2,081,146E, my hero! 🙇♀️

OMG over two million E! 🫨🤯
The breeding percentages need to be raised. And less untraited dragons bred in the Rift. I hope DECA will do both of these things.

Ooof! First try at breeding Kingstone in the coop and I got a 60 hour fail I hope this isn’t an omen for Kingstone, it has so many looong fails.
Sorry to hear of everynoe’s troubles with breeding Darkarm generally and the traited in particular 2M+ etherium for success is insane, I admire your perseverance I would have given up long before.

Wow! 😵 🤯 I admire your persistence adlerist, that is a huge amount of Etherium. I thought I was having a hard time breeding a traited Darkarm - totally pales into insignificance in comparison. I'm pleased that you finally succeeded in getting a traited Darkarm. 😊

This has got to be the most epic story you’ve told by far! I love the inclusion of the mythic dragons!

This has got to be the most epic story you’ve told by far! I love the inclusion of the mythic dragons! Polarus is going to be a bad guy? Oh no!!
No luck yet in my main park, but I did breed an untrained one in my alt park.
Edited to add: I was able to breed a traited Kingstone in my main park this morning! He has fire trait and looks amazing! YES!!!!!
I just logged in to say this! I admire and am impressed with the battle and creative descriptions. And I love the DnD references, not just the obvious Tiamat and Bahamut, but their titles! Tiamat = The Chromatic Dragon, Creator of Dragonkind, The First Dragonqueen, and The Great Dragon. Bahamut = The Platinum Dragon, Lord of the North Wind, The Wyrmking, and Ruler of the Metal Dragons.
And I love how Tiamat is linked with the five DV houses, and Bahamut is linked to the Metal dragons and element, which helps to bring down the metallic and magnetic Polarus. 🧲

I love DnD! It is one of the only good things about Hasbro owning BFS, we got Tiamat and Bahamut. The Bahamut description by Adlerist is very much DnD.
It’s hilarious that Polarus’ name is being used as the evil one LOL! For those of you who don’t know the Polarus reference, check out this post on the Spoiler Chat thread.

Thank you so much, hetchy, singleimage, and sylviasylvester! I didn’t realise how much I wrote until I saw it in the post. It made me laugh — it’s a novella in itself!
I appreciate the DnD identification! Only a slight deviation from DnD, made up the 'Ruler of the Metal Dragons' title to put more emphasis on the metal dragons for Bahamut and freed Tiamat from all the evil titles for a more wholesome look. Also, Bahamut’s eyes are supposed to change colours, but that seems too minimal for his powers. Plus, I really like the idea of his entire body colour evolving like a gigantic mood ring.
