Solstice dragon: 23.5 hours breeding, SAME SYMBOL (sun) as the sun, so probably same combo as sun ... A pitty it is night here so combo would give moon !
The 11 year old did not manage to get the emerald dragon. He tried and tried and at the end, even used much horded gems (we don't spend $$ on the game) but alas, no luck. He's not faring any better with the pearl. We both cross fingers and toes every time he throws the pair in to breed but nothing yet. Then again, he's not as dedicated a diver as I was and quickly gets distracted with other games that I do not play.
The 8 year old had a very, very late start and only started playing a month ago or so. He's puttering along but doesn't have the pair necessary to get a pearl and is very set in his own strategy, which only he understands. He's having fun and I let him play the game however he wants.
The wiki page has some info but no yet any suggested combo. Just note: breeding time 23.5 hours which makes in the upgraded EBI 18.8 hours. Habitat: sun

I'll have to wait until tomorrow to try, it's 7:06pm here now. Hopefully by then we'll have a working combo that I can try, but if Sun is needed, I'll be in trouble. I don't have a Sun yet. LOL

I think you will be safe on not needing a sun dragon to breed it. You will need a sun habitat for it though.

Should we wait for Fletch to advise on attempts in zones that are no longer considered daytime? It's 7:16 PM here, and perhaps, I should wait until morning as well.

they do have it light up when you need to breed it

I meant by time of day, silly. Mine is lit up but I doubt if I rushed one of my fails and attemped this, it would work because I'm considered nighttime now. Since this is in the "Sun" category, wouldn't I have to wait for the normal "Sun" timing?
Lol, of course I just got a new Pearl breeding on the EBS. EBC is still busy for another 4 hours and the nursery is filled too. Looks like I will have to dip into the gem-pot
You guys know the device time trick? Sun and moon results are based on your device time. To breeda sun at night, you simply change your device time to day. Fletch has posted about this elsewhere and I have confirmed it works having bred my sun at night after changing my device time.
That said, what is the confirmed pairing for this one? Lots of mud plus blazing comments on the wiki, but who knows.
