I got the second dragon - pretty much means I'm done with this event. It's been pretty fun, and I think BFS has finally gotten a good balance with the events. I feel that I could've gotten the Spooky Theme without paying if I had tried from day 1. I didn't, because I don't particularily like the theme, and I just didn't want to stress myself too much this event.

If going by the UTC clock they have been sending updates through 16:30:00 UTC, and according to that clock we are still four hours away until it is Friday UTC time at 00:00:00...so we still need to wait around 20.5 hours probably until we find out.

For those of you who don't do UTC in the US time zones, the changes I have tracked over the last year plus usually come around 9:30PT, 10:30 MT, 11:30 CT and 12:30 ET. During double candy days, are the obstacles still worth 2 but we clear 10 to max out, or are they worth 4 and we still only clear 5?
Obstacles are worth 4 candies each on double days, giving you a max of 20 candies for clearing 5 obstacles.
But if you have already cleared your five at single rates when doubles kick in, you can still clear some more for the extra candies. A waste of DC and obstacles though.

Yes it works the same way. So does collecting from friends, provided you have at least 4 friends. Oh and gem spending.

I was on Facebook earlier and someone stated double candy will start today at 9:30 Central time this morning., that is 10:30 E.T. for me, and just about 30 more minutes from now.. but I have yet to confirm if it is indeed doubled today, because I have been patiently waiting (well not so patient.. ) but has anyone confirmed with BFS that this weekend will be a 2 for 1 bonus? thanks and Koala to all.
It is 10:42 a.m. Eastern Time and my treat clearing is not showing doubles.
I will try again afternoon.. so hard not hatching my dragon eggs, My Nightmare is waiting!

I didn't see this. Well I will confirm that, because it will be 12:30 E.T. in 1 and 1/2 hours.. and I just grew more treats, without a sweep.
