Has it been metioned before that you can buy more of Whitbee's Lantern once you have won it ? I thought it may be in the market too but couldn't find it. So if you want more of it simply go over the "buy more" button
Actually I did mention this on the first day but I think it's great that you put reminders out there as a lot of times people don't read the past posts. On another note, I seem to have lost you in my friends list. I know we don't exchange gems but I do like to keep you in the occasional rotation rotation for the extra two I have in case you need one. Dont kick yourself so hard because not only you are hurt, and so does your foot. The worst part is it does not understand why.
I tend to simplify things in the game and in RL, + lots of okays along the way. Because of it I have gotten to travel far.
Thank you to the people who suggested using a tally app to keep track of the treats. It's good to know when I can stop farming.
Does anyone know how many treats you can gather before you have to turn them in?
I don't know the maximum you can go over but I have had a hundred over the prize level and was sill getting fresh candy.

I am so over this. I have been playing since before the first anniversary and as of now have every dragon. It is not fun any more. I remember how exciting it was when the Century Dragon came out. I even enjoyed the madness of the Light and Dark Dragon event. Now it just seems such a drag. The new dragons are coming so fast and furious that I no longer have the time to enjoy their nuances. Since Hasbro has bought the company I see dollar signs in everything they do. I have never played any game on the internet before other than Bridge. This time I will not be trying for the dragon. I will miss you all. Many of the people I originally friended have left. I am on that cusp. Thank you all for your care, your help and your Dragonvale friendship.
Frozengoddess i fully understand you. Am myself in that game since the first days. T was fun for a long time, now it is getting slowly boring and am no longer so much anxiious to get all these new dragons which are coming one after the other. I see a few folks are a bit over the way the game is progressing now, with the rapid dragon releases and special events. For myself, I'm enjoying the candy event, not really pressuring myself to get everything (unlike the last one - I really wanted the Twilight Tower!)
The one thing I do wish is that we could jump over prizes and pick and choose. I'd like to get the dragons, but don't really care about the dark island theme, for instance. Anyone else?

As for all the dragon releases, I can't say that I don't like them. I am always looking forward to seeing the next dragon. And I like the events because it is nice to have something different to do and to aim for. I would like to be able to choose the prizes too, but for a different reason. I already have the dark theme (which I like a lot) since I bought the bundle (at a great blow to my stock of gems). And I am quite intent on getting the spooky theme. I think it's great really. And I'm afraid that it will not be that easy for me to do it, as I don't intend to spend a lot of gems to get candies. I hope we get at least a double weekend. Needless to say that the dragons are a must.

Yes, now that we have the potential of a flaming dragonarium, we can't afford to miss any dragons. I first started playing last August, and had a relaxed attitude and decided I didn't really need zombie. My dragonarium would have started flaming and done so intermittently since July if I had gotten it... I am impatiently waiting for those dead dragons to rise again... plus feeling the pressure to get at least one nosferatu. Charming as the idea of the dragonarium is, I am afraid it has really added an element of pressure, "gotta get em all," to the game for me.

These posts are in the wrong thread. For the 3rd prize, I am currently at 462, and have nearly exhausted all means of collecting candy except for farming and DC sweeping; it is all down hill from here. I will consider myself lucky if I hit 482 when my timer resets tonight.

No. It does not stop. You can collect more candies after you turn in candies as long as you have not reached your maximum for the day.Does turning in candy for a prize stop your collection for the day? I have never really noticed that, but then again, I was not looking for it.
