BFS has posted a new silhouette on FB saying we're on "the verge" of a new dragon. But no update in the AppStore yet. Is it difficult for BFS to turn off one event and start another at the same time? Or is tomorrow a better bet for a start time?
Might not be related to the event at all.
We are due for a new Crystalline dragon this week after all...

Malachite and turquoise can have a similar appearance (all are copper based), but we already have malachite and turquoise dragons
So sweet of you, thank you. However I now have one in my baby park haha It's odd, it showed up that you were sharing something else until I restarted my device. I couldn't get it to show what I was actually sharing either until I restarted both devices. It makes me wonder if everyone is seeing the correct dragon that everyone is sharing. If I choose a different dragon by clicking on the blue heart, it doesn't work. Am I missing something?

I've been working hard this twin weekend to get a few things twinned in my main park, using my 2 mini parks. It does seem to take 5-10 minutes from changing your 'blue'heart' dragon, for it to propagate.
I too have been using my baby park as a twinerator for my main park. I've found that if I visit each park from the other one then the blue heart registers in the time it takes to return home.

Well I'm a bit annoyed about another event so soon after the last one. Since I whined the other day I haven't been able to get game centre or DV to open at all. This is the only game I play regularly so this whole thing is very irritating I wish I hadn't upgraded because at least before I could get in although I usually had to restart the game at least 4 times to do all my gem gifting as the social menu crashed the game constantly. I feel my addiction is being broken!!
Looks like you are having the same problem I have. I contacted BFS and it appears that they found a solution. BFS thinks the problem is associated with my Game Center ID. They suggested me to create a new GC ID (not just the nickname) and let them know of the new ID. Then BFS can transfer my old park to the new park.
I got the reply at 5 pm in BFS time on Friday. Unfortunately they do not work over the weekend. I have to wait until Monday. You may want to contact BFS.
Ugh, what a terrible solution if you have other games with their own achievements and server-based saves, not to mention friend lists. I certainly hope they come up with a better resolution for folks in that situation!

Heh, sorry about this, but you do have a 14 hour twin inbound in whichever park you're sharing the Darkling (I'll probably speed it up with gems after I've burned off an hour or three). Probably a Wraith... but hey! maybe a Darkling!

We ended up with Troy as our pilot quite accidentally. My daughter and I purchased a private flight, but they scheduled us in a group flight. When we arrived on the day and reminded them that we had contracted a private flight they called Troy to come fly for us (luckily he was available!). We were doing a late evening flight so we would be in the air when the sun was starting to set.

Bonus pics! Here are some screenshots of the GPS track I recorded on my phone during the flight (the whole track and a close up of the part we zigged and zagged all over the place). Although we launched from across the river, you can see in the second shot that we landed quite close to Balloon Fiesta Park (which was actually Troy's plan and a testament to his piloting skill... the other balloon landed many, many miles away):

Heh, unfortunately I have a hard policy about never posting pictures of myself or my family in a public forum and all the pics I have on my phone show me and my daughter. I'll have to pull some shots from my main camera off my home computer later.
As for the news story, unfortunately there are a lot of crazies in the world (hence my policy!). Troy is a fascinating guy and kept us entertained with stories for the full duration of the flight.

OMG! My (very expensive) Omen finally moved to the nursery, freeing my EBC so I can resume my Bismuth quest, and my first attempt yielded 27:36! I'm just going to tell myself this means I spent 1000 gems each on these two dragons rather than 2000 on Omen!
