Of course, the breeding rules are still not what I'd like them to be... if I had my druthers, there'd be several big changes...

Q re currently unavailable paving, for those who have the types like the brown and pink flowered stones, the deep purple stars etc: am trying to plan purchases for BEB if there is one: would one of you be kind enough to try to ADD more paving in any of the unavail ones which you have, so I can work out if I buy a few of each, I could then later add more, or whether I have to buy say 200 of each and only have those 200 to use; ooh, umm, I wonder if you lose them if you delete from an area and want to re-use elsewhere...
Any knowledge out there? Thankyou!

Not sure that limited paving appears during BEB. If it does you should only need to buy one flagstone to add it to your list of options.
The limited paving I have I can continue to use. But I cannot access the Starfall one that I missed.
The ones I have cost me 1 DC per flagstone. They used to be free. Not sure when the price went up.

EDIT: I just added a swatch of each paving type I have, including two limited types, to my uncleared island.

Ok so no paving on offer, BUT Goodies Treatery is back:
Looked up DV wiki to find out how the GT works, ie how much it costs to bake a batch, etc...and as usual the Wiki is hopeless in terms of providing basic info
When someone has the time, and preferably before the BeB/winter event ends, can you clarify for me the mechanics of how the treatery works please ? Many thanks ! And I hope the koalas are infesting your park as a reward

First up I will ask you not to knock the DV wiki, please. I know you probably didn't mean it to come across like that, but it is run by volunteers who do a great job of adding the info as the game gets updated. :-)

From the wiki:

The Goody's Treatery allows players to give treats to three of their friends.
The number of treats given equals 20% of the "Pile of Treats" available in the Market at the level of the receiving friend.

It works like the gem tree in that it give you 3 free gifts, in their case gifts of treats, to send to friends. It reloads automatically and after buying it initially it does not cost to use every 24 hours.

I love the wiki. When I first started playing the game I googled for help and frequently ended up at the wiki. Started adding wiki to my google search terms to make sure I ended up there. What a great resource. {praise}

Kiwichris, In addition during events it also adds event currency to each gift. So during this event Iceberries show up with the Treats. I am level 70 and when I am gifted it is 225,802 Treats plus 50 Iceberries. This weekend with doubles it is 100 Iceberries. Being able to gift that to your loyal friends is sweet! To me it is well worth the cost.

Just a tip for other newbies re the storage tower; I held off buying it as I didn't need to store any decorations...but I was reorganising my entire park these hols, and wondered if i could use the storage tower to transport stuff, instead of laboriously pushing/pulling everything one at a time to new positions...it's brilliant for reorganising

Quick question to the experienced players: as someone who does not have a monolith dragon; do previous event dragons return during the event on its annual round? IE during the egg season, might monoliths reappear as obtainable in a manner other than for gems from the market ( current avaialability, if one has the gems). Thanks in anticipation.

As a rule, yes, but the "normal" rule for monoliths is breed using any two monoliths so it may be tricky. They have brought special dragons back for event currency though. That may take the pressure off your gem stash, but may make choosing your rewards tricky.

It means exactly what it says. The habitat can hold four dragons. The most you can earn before clearing it is 3 gems.
Gems from dragons do not accumulate the same way that DC does. Actually it they do, but it looks different

Each minute, each dragon contributes a fraction of a gem. When the fractions all add up to a whole gem there will be one to collect
Say each dragon contributes one gem every three days. If you have one dragon in the habitat, you will get a gem in three days. If you have two dragons you will get a gem in 1.5 days. If you have three dragons in the habitat, you will get a gem every day. If the max is also three gems, they will stop accumulating after 9 days if you only have one dragon there. But they will stop accumulating red days if you have three dragons there.

I will leave you to do the math for the real world scenario of four dragon with a cap of three gems.

Did I just say real "real world" when talking about dragons? I ink I have been playing too long. It must be time to quit.

Has anyone ever compiled data on what BF considers are the best through to least rewards for Kairos quests; 

Rationale; I want to earn less/slow down the aggregation of XP ( it's just rushing through the levels) and earn either DC or food: does BF consider XP to be the higher form of reward compared to food or DC?
And then, if I select less perfect match dragons for the kairos quests, I might be able to tweak what's going on in my game....
Any accumulated wisdom out there? Ta!

Personally i think they are regarded equally but im not sure. I dont think BFS really gives preference to one.

Galaxy dragons counts as epic dragons and need either Monument Of The Epics or Relics Of The Epics
